Asia Pass

Counseling Intern in Training

Hi! I’m Asia, a graduate student at MidAmerica Nazarene University. My own experience with depression, anxiety, and chronic illness led me to start my therapy journey. I always knew I wanted to be part of a helping field, and it was as a client that I learned the beauty of therapy.

My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness/pain, life transitions, identity development, and more! I emphasize an experiential and relational approach in therapy. I also take a holistic approach that incorporates your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. All of these factors work together to influence how you feel. I know how scary counseling can be, so I am dedicated to making this a safe space where all backgrounds and identities are accepted and seen.

When I’m not in the counseling room, I love reading, painting, spending time with my husband, and learning about anything and everything.

I am passionate about helping you feel safe, heard, and cared for. I would be honored to step alongside you as we explore your story together!
