  • Master’s in Counseling, marriage and family track, from MidAmerica Nazarene (2019) with an emphasis in spiritual formation

  • Licensed Supervisor in Kansas and Missouri

  • Featured speaker and teacher about Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder with conferences, podcasts, social media, and trainings

  • Loves supporting: Women navigating ADHD, PMDD, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety, as well as anyone who has ever felt unseen, left out, or like they didn't quite belong. Creating connection and a genuine sense of belonging has always been close to my heart—that's why I named my practice Open Invite. Everyone deserves to know they have a place where they are welcomed exactly as they are.

  • Fun Facts: millennial mom, obsessed with my family and friends, lover of live music, travel, adventure, and animals (especially my failed therapy dog, Penny 🙃).
