Loves supporting: Women navigating ADHD, PMDD, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety, as well as anyone who has ever felt unseen, left out, or like they didn't quite belong. Creating connection and a genuine sense of belonging has always been close to my heart—that's why I named my practice Open Invite. Everyone deserves to know they have a place where they are welcomed exactly as they are.
