Individual sessions with Jaime are $130 a session.

Individual sessions with our any of our counseling interns is $50 a session.

We do not accept any insurance, but you can use your HSA/FSA card to pay for sessions. We can also provide you with a super bill which is a statement you turn into insurance and sometimes they will reimburse you for a portion of our sessions.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy designed to alleviate distress from traumatic memories and PTSD by using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, taps, or sounds) to help the brain reprocess stuck, negative memories. EMDR stimulates the brain's natural information processing system, similar to REM sleep, by using bilateral stimulation while the patient focuses on a traumatic memory. This process decreases the emotional intensity of the memory.

EMDR sessions are held with Jaime and are $130 a session.

Somatic Experiencing (SE™) aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies and nervous systems. Trauma, from an SE lens, is focused on how it shows up in the nervous system and how that dysregulation impacts life. It is a body-oriented therapeutic model that is focused on body sensations, rather than cognitions which is typically what is used in talk therapy. Sessions involve tracking bodily sensations and may use movement, breath work, and mindfulness.

SE sessions ares held with Jaime and are $130 a session.

We are proud to be one of the first providers in the U.S. offering the Lutea Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) Headband. Lutea is a medically certified, hormone-free, drug-free option designed specifically to support women experiencing PMS symptoms and menstrual pain. Sessions are provided in a separate spa room where we gently place the headband on your head while you relax in a zero-gravity lounge chair that includes heat and massage while listening to gentle spa music. Sessions held in the spa room are $50 for 30 minutes.

Jaime is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) in both Kansas and Missouri for counselors pursuing their Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling (LCPC) license. I offer both individual and group supervision. My theoretical orientation for supervision combines humanistic, transpersonal, psychodynamic, attachment, and developmental theories. My rate for individual supervision is $100 a session, and my rate for group supervision is $50 a session.
