Join us for a three-hour workshop on Saturday, March 28th, from 1:00–4:00 PM, focused on stress management and healthy self-care practices. This interactive session will include:
You will walk away with helpful tools from a Master’s level clinician. Practice these tools together and learn how to implement them on your own.

Create your own personalized self-care kit to take home and use whenever you wish. All materials are provided in the cost of registration.
